Mitsibishi won't power on Can't Post

Mitsubishi LT 46133 won't power on. Suspect power supply? Has 12v at PJ and PK but no power at PBO,PDO, Or PFO. Fuse is good and don't see any swollen caps or burned looks Any further tests to verify guess?

Which fuse?

F601 283P170030 FUSE-CHIP - F0603FA 2000V032T degh
F9A00 283P144080 FUSE - 125V 5A abcf
F9A00 283P144080 FUSE - 125V 5A degh
F9A01 283P144080 FUSE - 125V 5A abcf
F9A01 283P144080 FUSE - 125V 5A degh
F9A03 283P144090 FUSE - 125V 10A
F9A04 283P144080 FUSE - 125V 5A
F9A05 283P146010 FUSE - 72V 15A
F9A06 283P146010 FUSE - 72V 15A cdefgh
F9A09 283P144060 FUSE - 125V 7A
F9D00 283D161010 FUSE - 125V 10A
F9G00 283P170030 LEAD-CARD (DA-DA)
F9G01 283P170090 FUSE-CHIP - F0603FA 6000V024T

And then there are the resistors that are being used as fuses.

Are the appropriate relays engaged for the sources you are measuring?
K9A10 must engage for the 12V and 21V to be available.
K9A20 AND K9A21 both must be energized before the 24V is available.
