My panasonic Viera TC-26LX70 is dead, no image, no sound, only frontal red led lit when powered on by power sw or remote controler, no blinks for error.
Power Supply appears to be ok
STB5V---4.98V
24V-----24.2V
10V-----10.2V

In the AP Board the voltages in the AP3 and AP4 conectors are as follows:

AP3

pin 2y3 sound+15V--------2.24V
pin 7 BT+30V----------------32.2V
pin8 SUB +9V----------------9.1V
Pin 17 y 18 DTV+9V---------9.1V
Pin 21y22 SUB+5V----------5V

AP4

Pin1 TV SOS-------------------0V
Pin3 STB +5V------------------4.98V
Pin6 Main on-------------------0V
Pin7 Main SW Det-------------0V
Pin8 Sub_0n--------------------3V
Pin11y12 Panel 12V-----------0V
Pin15 Panel 12V---------------0V

Pin6 Main on-------------------0V Notice this one?
Pin7 Main SW Det-------------0V
Pin8 Sub_0n--------------------3V
Pin11y12 Panel 12V-----------0V Notice these
Pin15 Panel 12V---------------0V <<<<<< The Main board is not turning all the way on, which in turn is not telling the power supply to turn on your backlights. Replace the main board or (A board) and all should be well. Good luck to you.

Yes, I think the problem is A board, P and AP board seems to be ok. I am checking the A board because here in my country is almost imposible to find it.

I forgot something, when I plug the TV to AC after aprox 10 minutes it start flashing the red led 13 times, 3 seconds off, and again 13 times...... In the service manual there is no mention to 13 blinks error, only fron 1 to 9 blinks. Does anybody know what that 13 blinks means?

Per Panasonics Website. 13 Blinks is a corrupted A board and needs to be replaced. Hope you can get one
