Philips 37PFL5322/12 only turns on when the temperature hits 20 degrees	Can't Post

I have a Philips 37PFL5322 LCD tv, and it only turns on when the temperature hits 20 degrees or so. This is very annoying because I only can watch the tv at night, when I heat up the house. Do you got any ideas?
