Please help LCD change pin-out

Hello all.
I wonder if anyone may assist me?
I have a 32" Samsung T.V with a broken LCD and a spare working 32" LCD & T-CON board from a different T.V.
I have modified the chassis of the Samsung T.V to hold the new LCD & T-CON board but now I have to re-arrange the pins in the LCD connector cable.
I should have checked the compatibility out first as it looks like I might not be able to do it as the pin-outs appear very different!
I have uploaded an image that has the original Samsung T-Con board and colour connections (left) and the new T-CON board and the connections I have made so far.
I notice that the old one has a 5v supply and the new one a 12v supply so I don't know if I need a work-around for this or if it is even possible.
Any help very much appreciated...
Fix it until it's broken!
