Vizio vw46l fhdtv20a screen problem	Can't Post

I have several small horizontal black lines creating a shadow in the upper left of the screen, sometimes going almost all the way across. It flickers, it is not constant. Sometimes it is barely visible but sometimes it can get quite dark. I'm at the point of tossing the tv so I have nothing to lose. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a photo of the screen but can't figure out how to attach the photo.
