crystal clear picture ? Can't Post

i got a brand new its a Magnavox 20MF605T/17 20" Flat Panel LCD TV with NTSC Tuner. and i need help getting to a clear picture.my current picture is kinda blury.i think my problem is the brightness,color,contrast,sharpness & tint controls.can anyone teall me the right numbers to get a good picture.please help.

The problem is most likely that you're viewing an analog signal on a digital display, where the analog resolution is well below the capability of the TV. Some TV's handle it better than others, but even the Sharp Aquos I have sucks big ones when viewing NTSC stuff. Now when I switch to my ATSC tuner, it's a totally different world! Even 480p broadcasts look spectacular, given that they are digital signals that the TV has an easier time with.
