What firmware? You'll need to be more specific.
I would expect that any firmware OR software updates/upgrades for this device is probably proprietary and you will not be able to obtain it yourself. If the TV is still within warranty (Which it is NOT!!) then I recommend getting it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer if it's not working properly.
Sound familiar ???..From 2010 !!!
It appears that there are STILL NO firmware/software updates/upgrades available today !!!
Even the JVC website shows that model is NOT listed for ANY updates/upgrades..
So you are SOL !!!
