BenQ monitor psu, cap identification Can't Post

The monitor in my workshop stopped working, so i'd thought i'd investigate why, no power light, so i suspected the psu.
Once removed i found IC601 had blown a leg, the diode D601 had fried and there are signs of burning to capacitor C609. its a 102J (1000pf)
What i want to know is, what kind of capacitor is it ? To me it looks like a metalized polypropylene. How do i know if it is ?

Regards,

Dave

Identifying info off the board or the back of unit might allow others to search for info.

Thanks for replying,
The model ID is ET-0027-B and the type is G2420HDBL it was manufactured in Oct 2011, i found a service manual on line, but it doesnt have a component parts list on it
Looking at the schematics all the burnt parts are part of the PWM circuit, except C609, so maybe its not damaged anyway, just showing smoke marks from being near D601

I also see theres a Zener protected Mosfet at Q601, which is linked to D601 the diode that has burnt, can i take Q601 out of circuit and test it with a DMM like i would any other transistor ?
