Sceptre model X32BV-Naga, slow power up	Can't Post

The remote works the sound but not to turn on power. The TV when powered on with the button changes the red light in the front to blue but the TV does not power up until about 30 minutes later. i am inclined to repair this myself and am on this forum to see if someone might suggest a starting point. all the buttons work but the remote only controls the volume and the channels.

IF no defective or puffed capacitors on the Power board, should be the Main board.
