Samsung LCD Question/Problem

So about 3-4 months ago I got a Samsung LN-S4095D LCD. I primarily use it for my xbox 360 and xbox media center. Last week I got up close to the tv while my 360 was on and notice there are horizontal lines that distort the colors slightly. I'm wondering if this because I need maintenance on the tv to upgrade my firmware or am I getting interference from other devices or is my tv already crapping out! Has anyone every seen this sort of thing happen and how did they fix it? Thanks <br>
