Samsung LCD TV fault.	Can't Post

Model LW17M24CP S.
TV doesn't switch on for 5 to 30 minutes, possibly even more now?
Indicator light blinks at 1 second intervals....twice, then a quicker flash with an audible click. This sequence repeats.
Holding the on/off button for a few seconds the light stays on (standby?).
Can it be repaired Please?

TV doesn't come on at all now....I presume I will have to buy a new one!? Unsure

PS. It did come on after 2 hours!
