Sharp LC-52d62u display issue

This TV is displaying green pixel lines. It seems to be worse in lighter scenes. I have removed the back cover and tried resetting the cables which seemed to help a little but didn't clear up the issue. From reading different forums online it seems like it could be the LVDS cable has gone bad or the TCON. Is there any sure way to tell where the issue is or just start replacing parts?
