Sharp LC-70LE640U No LED flash for fault code	Can't Post

I have a Sharp LC-70LE640U that will not turn on. When I plug it up the power LED will light for about 12 seconds as a solid light. I can see the LCD turn on for a split second, then die with no more power LED. Without a flash sequence I'm not sure where to start. I've checked all the caps on the power supply. Any suggestions?

Is the Backlight lighting? - (and staying lit?) - NO - Check "LED Backlight does not turn on.".
