Sharp aquos screen suddly red and blurry

Hi, im hoping someone can shed some light on my sharp lc40cfg3021kf smart tv.
All of a sudden the screen started to go red and black and the picture was like a red silhouette on a black background, the picture is very slow and using the menu you can still see the previous text for a little while after pressing the next page.
Can anyone one help please,it has seen little use so a shame to throw out if not a major problem.thankyou
