Side hinge type wall mount?

Need our 40" LCD tv not to extend out from the corner it sits in but just hinge out on the far right side like a door hinges. Simpler then the pivoting arms, hoping for < $100. It's a corner location so the hinge could be non visable behind the tv's right side. Considering building one since no luck finding such yet.
Any idears?
