I have a Sony Bravia KDL55 EX500 that will not come on but has the red light that blinks six times. Does anyone know the lcd sony code for this repair? Thanks In Advance!

Replace the inverter board is what will fix this?

Requires troubleshooting ... First step in the '6-blink' TS Flowchart:

Check PANEL_FAIL at JL2565 on the BAL Board:
Is measured voltage over or under 2.65 volts?

6X: If the inverter circuits fail to generate high voltage or one or more of the backlight lamps fails to light, the television will shut down and display this diagnostics error.
