Hi guys; i got this monitor from the scrap and it had a steady blue light on with black screen,i opened it and i had no 24v to the invert-er and no 5.3v to main board,i soldered some joints and cleaned all the hard glue that seems to be an issue with these monitors,checked all caps and other components and everything seems ok,
i reassembled it back and connected to power ,now i get this with sound check the video,any ideas thanks.

also can you tell me if this cap is bad or it's picking up short from the
2 coils?
