Saw this on Amazon.com and Target.com for $1k, and saw that it had mixed reviews, most of them good. But has anyone heard of Syntax Olivia? Should I buy this or is this a buyer beware? Thanks for the advice guys!

OLIVIA is rather the apple of the eye in the market as far as budget price is concerned. But don't get too excited!. Picturewise is good...Inputs related to HDMI does give up early and speaker's built-in doesn't correspond with the speakers in it's amplifications. distorted!

SHARP has tons of lawsuit over this company!.. Normally OLIVIA shifted from the company originally name TATUNG. ( I prefer not to be discuss)
