Viewing distance and screen size Can't Post

Hello,

The distance from the place where I sit and my future LCD TV screen is 8.2 feet (89.40 inch or 2.50 meters).
I was thinking to get a 42 inch screen but different LCD TV guides say that this is a too large screen for 8.2 feet and they suggest a 32 inch being the ideal size for such a viewing distance. According to these guides a 37 inch screen would not be ideal but still be OK.

What do you think?
Thank you very much in advance

I would say you would be fine with a 42. I even think you would be fine with going with a 50 inch. I def. would say that a 36 is to small for that distance.
