Vizio TV shuts off when using Dish DVR

I have a 37" Vizio LCD TV 1080p 120Hz model E371VA...
I have Dish Network and a DVR box model Vip612DVR
When I watch regular tv, I don't have any issues (Great Picture btw)...
When I record a tv show and try to watch it, when I rewind, fast forward, or pause the show, the TV shuts off and restarts itself... I can watch a recorded program, but when I want to fast forward thru the commercials, it will shut off and restart...
I called up Dish and they gladly sent me a new box and new remote...
I plugged tv into living Dish Box and it does not have this issue... Only in the bedroom does it restart itself... I'm thinking it has something to do with the box or remote maybe??!
Not sure what the deal is, but it's rather irritating cuz this tv takes about 30-40 seconds to actually turn on and it can't be good for the tv...
Anyone have any tips/suggestions?!! Any and all help is appreciated!
