Vizio VA26L Picture Problem

I have a Vizio va26l TV. I have a problem where the TV doesn't want to turn on by Remote or button. The VIZIO label will be orange and when I try to turn on the TV the label will blink. <br> <br>If I hold the power button on the side of the TV, the TV will try to display the picture. During this whole process, I don't get any sound. <br> <br>Eventually, maybe 1/2 hour, I will get a White screen. I will turn off the TV, then turn it back on and the TV acts normal. <br> <br>What part of the TV hardware has failed? <br>
