Vizio VW42LFHDTV	Can't Post

I have a Vizio VW42LFHDTV and have had a crackling noise with distorted audio and the picture will go dark or completely out.Sometimes Audio is clear and no picture and sometimes Everything works fine. Please let me know what parts are typically needed to perform repairs

something frying on the power board perhaps? Hard to say. "Typical" can be pretty broad sometimes. Remove the back, plug it in, and turn it on. Then you can find out where exactly the sizzlin is coming from. I've done this more than once myself. Careful not to touch anything that might shock you.
