Westinghouse LCD Flickering picture

Hi- I have a westinghouse SK-32H240S 32" LCD TV. The picture starts to jump around and flicker after the tv is on for an hour or so.I can shut it off for about 15 min; then restart . The picture will be O.K. for a while, Then will start to flicker again.Seems to happen most when the screen is bright and with a lot of yellow. Very annoying. Can anybody give me any ideas for a repair? Thank you for the forum
