What to look for Low Price brand LCD	Can't Post

I’m looking for a well made low price LCD TV with built in HD tuner. I want to use it as a Television as well as a Computer Monitor, nothing to expensive 699.99 at the most. But with all the LCD TV’s out there I don’t know what’s good and what’s not. What should I look for when deciding on a television?

keep well away from wierd name tv's that you have never heard of,as you wont ever get it repaired. Panasonic is the best bet at the moment

and I'm looking for a car built like a BMW but priced like a Chevy. I still haven't found it.
