LG3730 (37") vs. Samsung LN32A450 (32")

Hey,
I need some advice on this decision- I can get the 32" Samsung which has 10,000:1, 3 HDMI, 720p for $612

or I can get the 37" LG which has 12,000:1,720p for $699

Ive been researching this for a couple of weeks and I still can't come to a decision- The Samsung 32 is the best TV at its size (for a 720p according to CNET) but for $90 extra I could get a 37 inch LG (which hasn't had the best reviews, but specs wise seems nice, didnt look that great instore)- btw this is for a 2nd TV in the house- I would use the TV mainly for my 360 (HD) and SD Satellite- Any advice would be appreciated
