advice for a new TV

Hi,
I am new in your forum.
I would like to buy a new TV 32" or 37" with two specific features.
1) It should have a button to freeze the image whenever you want.
2) It's teletext should save the subpages (which have already appeared) of the current page so it will not do the cycle of the subpages continuously.
I had a Philips 29PT9015 from 2000 till now but it broke down.
My Philips had these two features.
I hope you have understand the features and you will give me some advice.
