poloroid 46" No power

Hello All, Having trouble with a 46" lcd poloroid. Red light is lit upon power-up, relay clicks but power is unresponsive(manual or remote) found a possible bad cap replaced it(wasnt on power board) was a 470uf 50v cap. It wasnt bulging but neg. pole seemed to be pulled out of cap. None the less it didnt effect anything. Is there anyone out there that could help on some direction other than just replacing entire boards? I have heard many horror storys on these, however havent come across any good pin point troublshooting on power or main boards. Sorry almost forgot the mod#..... TLA 04641C .. Manufactured july 07.
