sanyo dp32648 lcd ,sound okay,blue screen ok,no video! help

i have this sanyo lcd dp32648 and when i pug it in and turn it on,,i get sound ok,channels goes up and down,(i can here it when push channel botton),also get blue screen for 2 minutes then the screen goes to a red bar color from up/down on top of the blue color,

can someone tell me ,, is that from control board or the main/video board?
