I went to Westfair TV in Fairfield CT. They are an authorized service center as well as a sales center. Not sure where you live but I suggest going to a local dealer who offer service (repair) at their shop as well. This way if you ever have a problem you will be taken care of. I bought my 1st LCD from a big box store whom I will not mention but anyway I had a issue and lets just say it didn't get resolved. I had an issue 1 time at Westfair TV and WOW what a difference not only did they fix my problem. They did it quickly. They had my TV back up and running in 3 Days. Now thats good customer service.
dam thats a quick response. welp since ive post this question i got me a 37" vizio lcd hdtv(walmart), right b4 the superbowl. dam u ny giants! anyways its an awesum tv, no complaints or problems. but thanx for the suggestion though....
