Repairman (not) came out Sat 12-30-06 and I showed him the problem with cable as well as DVD. He hooked up a box to the TV thad generated lines,blocks,squares and X's, he shook his head. I asked "what's the problem". He said "no good, have to call factory". I asked if he's going to change another part and he says"I don't think so but I'll have to call the factory".Getting info is like pulling teeth. I asked if they will finally replace it and he says"maybe". What a proffessional warranty and customer relations procedure LOL . How do they stay in business? BTW I spent all Thursday and Friday trying to get ahold of LG's cust service Dept. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes each time (at least 20 calls) a voice comes on the phone and askes you to input your phone # and they say they'll call you back. Twenty messages and not one return call. I appreciate any help but I mainly want to share this saga yith everyone in hopes of helping others to avoid this type of nightmare with LG and Ken Cranes. Tha saga continues................. thanks, Ken
