Black Lines HP PL4260N	Can't Post

Well im getting closer to getting this tv back up and running... i replaced the buffer board and the digital board because i broke a clip on earlier. Now it has a good picture and sound except it has 4 or 5 black line going across the screen, they don't move or change in shade of color.
any thoughts would be helpful... thanks!!

I used to have GREAT success with "imageshack"....
Then it quit....
Recently it started working again....
Today when I went back to it I had a weird problem...
I could upload the pix & copy the pix into my post...
But when I went to "Preview Post" , all I got was a small box with a red "x" in it , no picture...
Tried it several times with no luck...
So I went back to photobucket , which also stopped at the same time imageshack did , & it is working again....

Know any high priests who can perform an exorcism on my computer (IF it's at fault) by remote control... Angelic
