Have 3D,but no 3D...

PN51D6500 was moved to a new zip and a new cable company.All worked at previos location.3D comes on screen with double images,little box says glasses connected.No 3D with cable or thru BD6500 3D player.Checked all settings-looks good.Got me beat.Suggestions anyone? Thanx. <br>Bought new BRP K5900 shows double image still no 3D.3D in tv menu under picture settings grayed out.Hope it helps with a solution.
