Help, should I service my plasma, myself?? Can't Post

k,
here's my problem. There is far too much green. This is particularly noticeable on Faces and hair. Everthing looks hulk-like. I've adjusted the colour and the brightness, this has helped. I've had a repairman around, he turned out to be a tv installer.

"Do you have a dvd Test disk?" "no, I only install tv's, and I was gonna ring the agent to help me fix the problem" --- ha ha ha

So, I thought I'd take off the service panel, void my warranty and play with the colour, using a digital photo for colour reference.

What do you think? Should I approach my retailer again, or fix it myself?

Thanks for your help....

you need to enter a code from the remote control to enter to the service menu and then adjust the appropriate values. usually like green gun, red gun blue gun values for CRT setsSmile
