Horizontal Lines Scrolling Up The Screen	Can't Post

I have a Panasonic 42" TH-42PWD4 plasma TV. It's about 2 yrs. old and just recently we're getting horizontal lines that are slightly lighter than whatever the picture brightness is that scroll slowly up the screen constantly.

I don't know if this is a problem with the TV or if is a problem with my receiver (2 yr. old DENON AVR-3801) or even my cable connection.

We don't get this problem on any of the other TV's in the house and I don't know where to begin to troubleshoot this!

Any suggestions?

Scott,

I have been getting the same horizontal lines except my Panasonic 42" TV is 2 months old. I have been getting it from day one. I'm still trying to figure it out. I thought it might be the digital cable box but I see it with my new Sony DVD player and Xbox. Talk about annoying. Sorry, no answers here just another complaint.

I have a nec 42 inch plasma monitor. I also get these lines but only on channel which are not digital (I have a digital cablevision box).

Me too - horizontal bars that scroll up the screen - present on all channels but less visible on HD. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

I have that problem the day I bought my Plasma, I can assure you all there's nothing wrong with it!. Replace your cable to %99.99 monster cable oxygen-free and connect your ferrite heads to your power cable line. All cables direct to the plasma should be static free cables.
