How to remove the table stand base on plasma

We are trying to remove the table stand from my buddies new 37 inch panasonic to hang on the wall. Anyone have any idea how to get it off. There are a bunch of hard to reach screws and allens. There must be an eaiser way. We looked all over but are stumped. If there isn't an easier way it looks like we have to take apart the whole lower area of the thing to get it off. Thanks!
