Hyundai Plasma vertical black lines	Can't Post

My Hyundai HPT 4240 is nearly two years old and has started to have sometimes one or sometimes two vertical black lines going from the top to the bottom of the screen appear. The lines are about 1.5 inches wide and are about 14 inches from each edge of the screen. After a while they disappear but will return a while later. Has anyone any ideas about what may be causing this please?
I live in North East Lincolnshire and I am having trouble finding anyone to look at the TV as so far the places I have contacted say that they don't repair plasma TVs.

when the lines are there alter the aspect ratio on the tv. if the lines stay in the same place then the screen is croaked so take out a second mortgage to replace the front panel. if the lines move then the problem is with one of the driver pcb's or the video processor either way will cost a small fortune. i dont know many techs that will touch that make I think it was whats known as a grey import, probably made by fisher-price or similar!
