Just ordered a 50'' inch plasma tv, what's next?

Hey guys, I just ordered the Samsung 50'' 1080p Plasma:

Now I was wondering what else I should order? I'll be calling up Charter to get all the HD channels, but is that all I need? Is there any special devices or anything I need to get along with the plasma? Thanks for any help!
