My Panasonic Plasma keeps shuting off

I have a Panasonic TH-42PA20 plasma TV manufactured in Japan November 2003. It keeps going off when i am viewing. The screen goes black, then there is a high-pitched sound. The red light goes off and blinks 7 times. I am not sure what the problem is. Can anyone please help?
