Need help - Philips 32" Plasma TV (32FD9954/17S)

I got this Plasma TV (model number:32FD9954/17S ) as a gift last year. Since this is a gift, I did not get the receipt, so I sent the registration card to Philips for warranty right after I got it. My TV went black last week, no picture showed up, and a red light at the bottom keeps blinking. So I contacted the Philips Customer Center, and they said they must see proof of purchase such as receipt (and so far I do not think I can get the receipt) in order to repair my TV under warranty. So I need the help from your folks to give me some suggestions. Of course if someone has the same model and is willing to give me a copy of your receipt (June 05, 2004 or after), that would be GREAT. Please reply this thread or send me a private message. Please Help!
