1st off , I need to tell you I do NOT work on LED , LCD or Plasma TVs...
That said;...
Brand new so warranty coverage is not an issue yet. This isn't a coax/tuning issue is it? ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!
You have a problem with the TV & it's time to call who you bought it from & get it fixed or a new set....
Something went haywire inside the TV...
Since it's a new set , IF you were to try to fix it on your own ,
1)..it could be a costly repair (parts) ,
2)..you undoubtedly WILL null & void the warranty as they know when someone has tampered with the set (NOT good) ,
3)..when future problems appear (& they will) you will not get free service during the canceled warranty period...
Pussy Stinks...
