New tv, strange issue

I have a new Plasma 42' TV
I have recently noted these vert lines appearing, usually when the screen is dominated by shades of blue
the lines are beasically vert lines from top to bottom grouped in 3.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?
This is not something that happens all the time.. and I am really not certain if this only happens on my xbox 360 or if it also occurs on regular tv
Both my cable and Xbox use HD Comp Cables to connect to the tv.. no DVI or Svideo type of connections
