Panasonic 10 red blinks

I have a Panasonic TH-42PX60U..Jan 2007. Today it turned off and when I turn on the red power button blinks 10 times. I opened up the unit...when I turn it on the fans spin up then stops and the 10 blinks start. How can I tell which parts need to be replaced...I'm capable of replacing the parts but need to figure out what is defective....Any help please!
