Well, some people may offend if I say my opinion to REAR PROJECTION. Personally, Im not blown from it. Therefore, I can't recommend unless you choose it otherwise! know what Im saying?...to each his own!
When you satisfied about your needs, regardless of what other's says "go for it". Good advice comes within! and that's when you try living with it!...know what? Im sensing you haven't try rear projection so! why don't you get one and come back to share your experience with others whose into rear projection?. You owe that to yourself of finding out, fair?
