Panasonic Plasma TC-P50S60 Can't Post

I just purchased this TV and got it set up this past Friday. I replaced a 7 year old Panasonic Plasma TC-37PX60U. My 37" required absolutely no calibration and had a great picture from the time I purchased it until I unplugged it to put the new one in. The new one's picture doesn't compare with the older set. I thought moving from a 720 to a 1080 would have a better pic. I'm wondering if this is simply a breakin issue or a calibration issue. Since the TV just came out this year, I've been unable to find some good settings to work with on it. I've got a 30 day money back guarantee but wonder if I should stick it out. Any ideas?
