Panasonic ST50 Turns Off and On Mysteriously. Help!

My Panasonic 55ST50 is turning off then on during specific times while watching tv, or playing a movie.


What happens, for example, the tv will turn off and on between commercials, and I can even rewind the commercial to recreate the event. It's only for a second, then, tv comes on and so does red light. The red light stays on and doesn't blink.



It can happen when watching TV, or watching video file on my PS3, or blu-ray.


It even happens when I change from hdmi to component. The tv is plugged into the wall too.
Also there's no timer on, and I'm not sitting on the remote power button. :)


Any ideas? Thanks!
