Philips Plasma 32fd9954/17s Can't Post

I got home from work today and turned on the 15 month old Philips Plasma I got at Sears. Usually the little red light standby light which is on will shut off and the green light next to it turns on as the screen turns on. Today the red light shut off but the green light nor the screen turned on. I thought it might be a low power situation at the wall outlet but after plugging the screen into another outlet the same sequence of events happened. This unit has always been on standby with maybe 1400 hours of use. (I used a Toshiba 27" crt set for 10 years with no problems). Any suggestions as to the problem, e.g. power supply? Are there any scematics for these on the web? Do plasma screens have the high voltage capacitors/circuits like the crt tv's used to have? Thx in advance.
