Picture Settings - Philips 37" plasma

I have a 37" plasma Philips and I can't get the colour settings right. There appears to be like a 3D effect on faces and it goes out of focus on fast movement.
I have played with the settings, but just can't get them right!
Please can anyone help. It doesn't have to be a 37" for settings, even a 42" would help.
