Pioneer elite pro 800HD hd inputs

Hi i just recently installed a 42" pioneer elite pro-800HD and upon trying to wire up my xbox, i realized the HD inputs on the bottom of the tv werent compatible for some odd reason. it seems as though there may be something that needs to be attatched to the ports themselves for the inputs to be able to attatch. im not sure exactly whatsup. any suggestions or answers or help would be awsome. thanks <br>
