Never,ever buy from Plasma House dot com! It appears to be a bait and switch operation that keeps you dangling until you just can't dangle anymore. They started off being very responsive and turned very ugly. The story isn't over so I'll say no more... for now.

After days of calling and trying to sort things out (with absolutely no resolution or offer to make things right) I finally asked (on Wednesday) to cancell the order and told the "salesman" I would hold while he refunded the purchase back to my card. He came back and said "done"

Not done! I've filed a dispute with the card company.

I cannot state loudly enough that this company is nothing more than a big sham and for you to mind the old adage Caveat Emptor.
