Plasma to work in New Zealand

I live in New Zealand and want to purchase a 42" plasma ED or HD tv. These units are quite expensive over here so I am thinking of getting one from the USA as through my business I purchase a lot of goods from New Jersey and I could include a tv in a container which I am shipping out of NJ in a week or so.
Can anybody recommend a supplier who can supply (at a good price) plasma TV's which will work on the New Zealand 240V power and PAL TV systems.
